Good news for Margalla Orchard allottees. The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has reported 50% physical progress as of September 2026 at its Margalla Orchards Housing Scheme on Main Park Road, Islamabad — a joint venture of FGEHA, DHA Islamabad and SCBAP, covering 8,432 kanals across Blocks A to H.
Block A possession is targeted for July 2027 — 15 months early.
What allottees need to know:
- Block A allottees should follow the updated payment schedule starting 1 November 2026 and clear any pending dues.
- Blocks B to H allottees should follow the upcoming payment schedule commencing 1 November 2026.
- No instalment amounts were stated in the official update, so none are given here.
Important — please do not confuse the two schemes: This is NOT Margalla Enclave. Margalla Orchard is the separate FGEHA scheme on Main Park Road. Margalla Enclave is a separate scheme with its own down-payment deadline of 4 November 2026, already covered in our earlier post.
